Gully Gang x Spaceship

Animation film production is a tedious and time consuming  process, even smaller projects sometimes take years to see the light of day. This project was an opportunity for us to explore new emerging technologies, to see how fast we can produce animated content and bring stories to life. By using the Metahumans plugins and Mixamo preset animations, we were able to achieve the video in a very short timeline and at a lower cost than would be expected of a similar video if we were to execute using traditional 3D animation techniques. This is an interesting avenue because we get to work in the collaborative environment of a physical production with the power and possibilities of the digital world. The goal was also to see if we can pull off such a production with a relatively small team and we succeeded.
